Somebody stop me!

Please, somebody stop me! I’m serious! Haha! I’m supposed to be saving up for a trip I’m planning next year and I go off on a spending spree. I really couldn’t help it! And I bought a few more accessories, still waiting for one more to arrive. I’m already broke and i haven’t been to Best Buy yet. Sigh.

Anyways, I bought a few SS501 CDs and DVDs. Five to be exact… 3 CDs and 2DVDs. I’m still waiting for the last one to arrive. It’s going to take some time because it was shipped from Malaysia. I’m off in a few to meet some of my PHTS friends. I’ll be back soon to share my loots here. Annyeong!

Head of Household

Yes, I’m officially the head of our household for about six months. This is actually my first time to really take care of the house. I’ll be in charge of grocery shopping, paying the bills, cleaning the house, laundry, etc… basically everything that needs taking care of. Of course, I have the maid to help or else I’ll be going crazy. Just don’t let me do awkward stuff like buying vigrx plus or something like that and I’ll be fine. LOL!

My mom already stuffed our fridge and cabinets with food so I don’t have to think about our food supply yet. And she already settled the bills that needed settling. So, next time will really be the start for me. Wish me luck!

Just My Dad & Me

Just got back from the airport and now it’s just me and my dad at home. And now I’m nursing a migraine! Ouch! I was reading articles about quick trim reviews and twittering when suddenly my head hurts. Could be the traffic. It was so traffic along EDSA today… imagine it took us 2 hours to get from East Avenue to Ortigas. Could be the vodka too. ;D I’m drinking vodka to celebrate dear Kyu’s birthday! Haha! Cheers!

It’s Fated

I got this domain name about a couple of years ago. I wanted another blog but had no idea what the content would be. So, since I love nature, I thought I’d create a blog about the environment. Obviously, I didn’t have much free time to really focus on it so I just decided to move here one of my blogs on a sub-domain so that it’d have its own domain name.

Which is fated you ask? I still had no idea what the focus of this blog would until I decided the other day to make this my fangirl account. The focus is more on SS501, right? So, what now? Haha! Well, baláy is actually an Ilokano (a Filipino dialect) word which translates to house in English and luntian is the Filipino word for green. So, baláy luntian in English is green house. SS501’s color is green (I still have to research more on this. Haha!) Got it? Don’t you think it’s fated?

Am I making any sense? Or do you now need a wrinkle cream because what I’m saying’s stressing you out? Haha! I’m not really good at explaining things… I hate explaining… so, hopefully, it does make sense. I didn’t plan this. I got the domain a couple of years ago, I became a SS501 fan just this year, and I really didn’t know what to do with this blog. It is fated!!!

More Shopping

I know, I know… I’m supposed to be saving up but I really can’t help, I did more shopping. Yikes! Not that I really need the retail therapy but I really can’t help it. Yesterday I went to Quiapo and I was originally looking for a treatment for acne when I suddenly remembered that the store I was in was near this accessories shop. So I went shopping for accessories. (I’ll post some pictures later.)

I also bought some more from Ebay, from the same seller whom I bought my leather bracelets from. I bought a couple of necklaces and a couple more others. Haha! Then I also bought another bracelet from a different seller. I’ll post all about it when they arrive. Then yesterday I bought my very first SS501 purchase! Yay! You’ll find out soon what it is.

I’m A Fangirl

Who would have thought I would be a fangirl? I never saw this coming, especially now at my age. Sure, I’ve had my share of craziness over an artist or group of artists but not crazy enough to considered a fangirl. Now, I eat, breath and sleep SS501… almost. Haha!

It all started with Boys Over Flowers. I saw an episode when it was first shown here in the Philippines last year. The episode I saw was the one where Haje and Jan Di received a red card from F4 and I thought that it was a little violent so I let it pass. Then the series was shown for the second time, I wondered why it was being aired again and thought it must be good so I gave it another try. I watched the very first episode and after about a week or so I decided to finally watch the whole series, nonstop, online. Yes, I’m that impatient. Haha!

I was drawn to Yoon Ji Hoo’s character the most. First, because I’m really attracted to his kind of guy… the silent, mysterious type that makes me want to hug him, comfort him, and tell him that everything’s going to be alright. I also loved the way he took care and looked after Jan Di. I’m like that to people who are very dear to me and I always wish someone will do the same for me. Second, I could relate so much to his situation. I cried the most watching his scenes. My heart ached for him while my heart ached for myself thinking about my past. Sigh.

After watching the series I started surfing the net about Kim Hyun Joong. The more I learn about him, the more I’m loving him. Then of course I discovered his group, SS501, and started stalking them, too, through forums, YT, etc. As I watched their videos I got a glimpse of their unique and interesting personalities which made me love all of them. Yes, I love all of them but I love Hyun Joong the most!

I’m even trying to learn Korean just for them! Haha! I can now read and write Hangul a little and I’m starting to build my vocabulary one step at a time. I’ve always wanted to learn another foreign language, aside from English, but I never imagined it to be Korean. I’m planning to visit Korea next year (I’m crossing my fingers!) and I want to do it Lonely Planet style. I don’t want to get a package tour so i could explore more without spending too much. This is one reason why I’m pushing through with learning Korean.

I can’t get enough of the boys! Seriously! My day will not be complete without watching their videos, listening to their songs, or looking at their photos. I have to do at least one thing that would remind me of them, not that I really need reminding. Haha! There you go…

Decided

I’ve finally decided what to do with this blog. It’s going to be my SS501 fangirl account. Not just about SS501 but also my fascination with KPop and maybe even JPop. But of course I’ll still be posting some of my shopping finds and some random posts, but mostly all about SS501. And I won’t be removing my old post, that’ll be too stressful for me. LOL!

I’m not a 100% true blooded fangirl… not yet… but I’m getting there! Haha! I’m going to post how this all started soon. For now I have to finish some work first and go shopping for eczema treatment creme for my cousin’s baby, toothbrush, some meds, and some other stuff for the kids.

Trigger Happy

This is what I’m going to be in the next few days. I’m armed with 3 cameras, all loaded with 36 shots of film and a couple more to spare. I’m going to try to shoot non-interesting subjects and make it look interesting… a spoon, a fork, an empty plate, doorknobs, even industrial handles. Haha! This should be a challenge for me because my subjects when I travel are usually landscapes and seascapes. Interesting huh? I can’t wait to start shooting! Wish me lick! Hope that I won’t be wasting films this time.

Jobless

I am jobless… and now one of my friends is jobless too. He’s kinda worried because he never wanted to stay at any job he got accepted to in the past… be it a headhunter, a banker, even Jobs in IT. He was thinking me if he’s still normal and I said yes, of course. I mean I have a pretty weird lifetime but I think I’m still normal, just extraordinary. Haha! Anyway, I’m really bad at giving advices so instead I qouted the song Sunscreen. There was line there that said some of interesting people didn’t know what they want when they were 40. Hopefully, this will apply to the both if us, not that we’re really interesting people. Haha!
